Making your own jam doesn’t have to be difficult. This Tangy Tomato Jam is simple and goes great with everything from roasted chicken to slices of toasted bread.
1 can San Marzano tomatoes, chopped
1 cup onion, diced
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup Nature’s Intent Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. ground cumin
¼ cup black pepper
