Making your own jam doesn’t have to be difficult. This Tangy Tomato Jam is simple and goes great with everything from roasted chicken to slices of toasted bread.

Tangy Tomato Jam

1 can San Marzano tomatoes, chopped

1 cup onion, diced

½ cup sugar

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup Nature’s Intent Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

½ tsp. kosher salt

¼ tsp. ground cumin

¼ cup black pepper

  1. In a small sauce pan over medium heat, combine all ingredients and simmer until it thickens to a jam-like consistency.
