Sautéed Shrimp with Cider Vinegar Butter Sauce

Bust out the baguettes for this decadent dish

This recipe has a lovely balance of flavor thanks to the tartness of apple cider vinegar and fresh grape tomatoes. Plus, butter and shrimp are a classic combo that never go out of style.

Sautéed Shrimp with Cider Vinegar Butter Sauce

8 Tbsp. butter

2 tsp. garlic, chopped

32 shrimp, large, peeled

¼ tsp. red pepper flakes

pinch of creole seasoning

½ cup grape tomatoes

½ cup green onion, chopped

2 tsp. parsley, chopped

¼ cup Nature’s Intent Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tbsp. breadcrumbs

kosher salt, to taste

black pepper, to taste

1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

1 lemon, sliced, wedges

  1. Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp, red pepper flakes, creole seasoning and sauté until shrimp turns pink.
  2. Toss in grape tomatoes, green onions, and parsley and cook for a minute.
  3. Deglaze pan with Nature’s Intent Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and cook 2 more minutes.
  4. Place on ovenproof serving dishes and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Turn oven to broil and cook for 1 minute or until top is golden brown.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
