Marinated Caprese Skewers

Perk up your picnic table with fresh veggie skewers that are a cinch to prepare and a delight to serve. Drizzle marinade over your skewers at least 5 minutes before serving and up to 2 hours ahead.

Marinated Caprese Skewers

1 cup Nature’s Intent Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

½ cup olive oil

1 tsp. dried oregano

pinch of salt

24 grape tomatoes

24 cubes of fresh mozzarella, ½-inch

24 pieces fresh basil leaves

black pepper, fresh ground, to taste

6 wooden skewers, 10 inches each

  1. Mix Nature's Intent Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, oil, salt and oregano in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
  2. Skewer tomato, basil leaf, and mozzarella. Repeat until you have 4 pieces of each on the skewer.
  3. Drizzle marinade over the skewers on a platter. Season with black pepper, to taste.
