Asian Chicken Meatballs

Experience a fun fusion of flavor with this versatile dish. Serve with coleslaw on a baguette for a banh mi, on toothpicks for an easy appetizer, or toss with a stir-fry.

Asian Chicken Meatballs

1 lb. ground chicken

1 cup breadcrumbs

⅓ cup green onion, minced

1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced

1 egg

2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced

2 tsp. sesame oil

1 tsp. soy sauce

2 Tbsp. Nature’s Intent Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

¼ tsp. kosher salt

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and form into 20 meatballs.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Place meatballs on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and drizzle with sweet and sour sauce. Return to oven and bake an additional 3 minutes.
